I recently received 2 dresses under suborder#[redacted]. I would like to return both items, one for a refund and the other for an exchange to get a different size. The dresses are still neatly packaged with tags intact. Could you please provide me with the return address? Can I send both dresses together in one package and then reorder the Sequin Trumpet dress in my size? I initially bought both dresses for a friend, who is not interested in them, but I am excited about the Sequin Trumpet dress! Thank you in advance!

I am dissatisfied with my TBdresses order. I purchased three items which have not been received. I am being asked to pay $5.00 with my credit card to resolve the issue. I am uncomfortable sharing my credit card details without knowing who will receive them. My contact number is [redacted]. Issue 1: I bought this dress with expedited shipping but didn't receive it in time for my event. When I called, I was told about the processing and shipping times indicated in the fine print, which I missed. The information should have been clearer to avoid confusion. Issue 2: My daughter, who is 5'4, tried on the dress and found it excessively long. We would need to shorten it significantly for her to wear it comfortably. How much more alteration and cost will it take to make it wearable? I would prefer a full refund instead. Order # [redacted].

I recently received my shoes, but I am disappointed because the size 8 I ordered fits more like a 7-7.5 in the USA size. They are too small, pinch my toes, and hurt when I wear them. I spent a lot of money on these shoes and waited a long time for them to arrive, even paying for shipping which I wouldn't have had to do if I bought them elsewhere like DSW or Amazon Prime. I can provide a photo comparing your size 8 to another size 8 to show the difference in measurements. I hope you can assist me with this issue as I don't believe I should have to pay for return shipping for a mistake on your end. I've already spent several days trying to get my order right, and I am frustrated by this situation. I will be sending an email to further discuss this matter.

I am disappointed with the outfit I received from TBDRESS. It appears like a frumpy pair of pajamas and a bathrobe with two dark stains on the jacket's left chest. Additionally, the clothing has multiple design and construction flaws that cannot be rectified by a tailor. One pant leg is wider than the other, the crotch placement and shape are incorrect, and the length and shape of the bottom edge of one leg are irregular. Furthermore, the jacket is excessively long for a woman of average height, unlike the photo on the TBDRESS website.

I ordered from tbdress.com and had issues tracking my dress order. After contacting them via phone, giving detailed order information, and receiving a shipping email, I still couldn't track my item. This is my first and last time ordering from them. I'm frustrated as this dress was meant for my stress-relieving vacation from my demanding nursing job. The elegant, yet modest dress I ordered seemed perfect. Despite funds being deducted, the dress is untraceable. I recently ordered a jumpsuit with Order Number [redacted] and Suborder Number [redacted]. Unfortunately, the fit was too tight, and I need to exchange it for a larger size. I received a message promising a reply within 24 hours, but it has been over two weeks, and I have not heard back yet. I am disappointed with the customer service and the delayed response. I had hoped to wear the jumpsuit to a function soon, and I still want to wear it before the season changes. I tried reaching out through various methods without success. I purchased a 2X white jumpsuit for my Choirs Anniversary, but it was too tight when I tried it on. I reached out hoping to exchange it for a larger size. I received an email from you a week later, mentioning a response within 24 hours, but I'm still waiting. Please send me the return address and an order form for a 3X. I work weekdays from 6 am to 4 pm, so I can only respond in the evenings. The outfit has been sitting on my countertop for over a month, and I missed wearing it to my program on 6/30/19. I placed an order for 3 dresses on December 3 and canceled it within 24 hours as I needed the dresses by 12/6/19. The dresses were not shipped when I requested the cancellation and have not been shipped two days later. Please refund the full amount to the card I used for the purchase. I have not seen any updates on my account regarding the cancellation or refund. I need the refund promptly to buy dresses for my event from another store. How long will it take for me to receive my refund? How efficiently and promptly this issue is resolved will impact my future purchases and feedback. Thank you.

I was told by customer service that my order would arrive on time. Despite reassurances, two days before my wedding, I received a text apologizing. I requested to cancel the order, but they refused initially. Finally, they agreed to refund only half of the $[redacted] I paid for the dress. All I want now is a full refund.

On 2/21/20, I bought a dress for $[redacted].93 with expedited shipping. Order No. [redacted]. I requested to cancel four hours later. The company suggested an exchange, but I want a refund per their policy. They haven't cancelled the order yet. Despite emails, they only offered a 50% refund, claiming the order was processed. I've tried calling without success. They now promise to ship on March 15. I seek assistance in conveying my cancellation request and getting a full refund. I believe their actions are illegal. I have been disappointed with the lack of attention to my concerns by the tbdress customer service team. At the end of January, on the same day the parcel arrived, I requested the return address via their website and emphasized multiple times that I never received the second parcel. Yesterday, I received a message stating that I cannot return the dress as it has been more than 7 days since I received the parcel. The delayed response from tbdress and their refusal to address my requests is frustrating. Declining my return due to perceived lateness is unreasonable. I anticipate tbdress to review my previous emails, address my return inquiries, and issue a full refund for all 3 dresses. Despite my weekly follow-ups regarding the missing second parcel, I have not received any updates from tbdress. I purchased a dress for my daughter's prom, not a special or wedding gown, just an all-occasion dress in a standard size. Due to the cancellation of the prom because of Covid-19, I reached out to TB Dress to cancel the order, which hadn't even begun processing. They kept delaying with promises of discounts and offered $60 after holding me up for days during the 72-hour window. I was shocked and requested my full $[redacted] refund. They assured me it would be returned, but it's been three weeks with no refund or dress. I have all messages and emails documenting this ordeal.

Regarding customer inquiry number [redacted], I have been trying to resolve an issue with a dress purchased in March [redacted]. Despite being promised a refund, I have not received the dress or reimbursement yet. The customer service responses have been slow and inefficient, leading to frustration. I was asked for PayPal information despite not using PayPal for the transaction. I have provided evidence of payment through my bank debit card. At this point, I request swift resolution and proper compensation for the inconvenience caused. The proposed 10% discount on a future purchase is not acceptable given the circumstances.

I bought a beige three-piece suit, but it was too small. I reordered the suit in a larger size, and the unworn suit with tags is ready for return. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].55 debited from my Visa debit account on 11-22-[redacted]. I trust this issue will be promptly resolved, as I ordered the item in good faith. Hello, I hope all is well. A week ago, I made a purchase for a red dress with an expedited delivery option for an additional $26. The estimated delivery date was today, March 1st, [redacted]. However, I haven't received any emails or texts regarding the processing or shipment of my order. I needed the dress by Thursday, March 4th, [redacted], and if I don't receive it by at least March 3rd, [redacted], I would not have placed the order. I rely on online orders frequently and usually receive updates by now. Could someone please provide me with information? My daughter's wedding is on Thursday, the 4th of March. As of today, March 5th, the dress still has not arrived. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, and I will not be ordering from TBdress again. Thank you. -D Myer

I placed an order with you on 3rd October, but have yet to receive it. I have been requesting a refund, but every time I ask, I am told the order is still in transit. After checking at the post office, they have no record of my order. It has been nearly three months, and despite promises of a refund by the end of the month, I am still waiting. I ordered three dresses which have not arrived. This situation is unfair and frustrating as a customer. I hope to receive my $[redacted].74 back promptly. I purchased a jumpsuit from TBdress in September. I returned the item in October. It's been three months, and I still haven't received my refund. Whenever I reach out to them, they claim they don't have the item. I suspect there may be a delay or issue. Could someone assist me in resolving this matter? I have been attempting to return this wig for the past four days with no response each time I fill out the question box. Due to my history of cancer on my skull and undergoing two surgeries with skin grafts from my leg, I am left with no hair on my head. I have purchased numerous wigs from various stores over the last three years. When I discovered your website, I was hopeful and trusted ordering from you since I was informed about the return policy.
