After I had paid for filing my return, I attempted to print it to PDF and I was prompted to input the exact AGI as it had been filed on my **** return. After unsuccessfully attempting to retrieve that AHI I returned to my fully completed return which was ready for filing to find all of the return completely missing. When I hit the back button it wanted me to start a new return. As near as I can tell the completed return is missing, but you have already been paid and that payment has posted to my bank account. One of two outcomes are acceptable to me: *. Please locate my completed **** return and make it available to me for printing and emailing. *. Refund my payment or apply it to the return which I will input again. Thank you. Gregory A. Brown
