I have filed taxact free for over ** years. This yr Galway through filing just a basic claim they stated I needed to change to Deluxe. I paid fee on my card and claim was accepted, but then got *nd text federal denied. I filed again and again it switched to Deluxe & I chose to deduct fee from refund which cost more. I just want to know if they will see i paid on my card & not deduct from my refund & also want to know y I'm having to use deluxe
