Hello, today I had scheduled service to get mounting pictures and I small mirror hung at my home. Manual B. had three hours at my home and he was your highest payer on your site put it said he was VERY experienced. I got one picture hung high and three small pictures hung and it took him three hours! he removed one mirror that I wasn’t satisfied with, which I wouldn’t say it was his fault, but I paid $**. etc plus a **% to you guys, if I’m correct, I have to check. I expected quality work because he was the best. He also wasn’t prepared for a ladder when I specifically said I had high ceilings and he also forgot his measurer that balances walls out so we helped him on that too. I believe that I was just not served for the time of $** plus an hour for what he offered me for pictures hung in total!! I deserve a refund on these prices. He stated he would give me a discount and not charge me for the nails or the mounting material that he used to nail in my walls**that is still unacceptable and you all need not Allow him to be the best as far as your services. I asked him why is he $** plus an hour and he said because, taskrabbit advises when they get good reviews to raise their prices. This is not a good review he’s a nice guy but I’m not into the nice guys. I expected some work to be done for three hours he was at my home and I was very disappointed. I need someone to contact me please. No disrespect to Manaul but he didn’t get work done!*I’m want to talk to someone!!
