The Tasker did not have the proper equipment to complete the job. The job description stated that the Tasker would need their own lawnmower . The tasker contacted me at approximately *** today which is less than ** hours before the task was supposed to be started, to say that her lawnmower was in service and to asked me to cancel the task. I canceled the task. Your app is saying I am going to be charged one hour of the Tasker‘s fee for canceling the service within ** hours. I should obviously not charged this fee as the Tasker made the error not me. I have taken a screenshot of every message between me and the task. I have proof that this was a tasker error, not mine. Im sure the tasker is a great person. Not saying anything bad about her. Just saying I should I have to pay the cancellation fee.
