I placed an order for an Epson XP-[redacted] printer over an hour ago via phone. I promptly received an email confirming my order, but upon checking, I noticed they had the wrong shipping address. I called customer service and provided my order number #[redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, the representative couldn't amend the address or cancel the order. Frustrated with the situation, I've decided to discontinue shopping at Target. My correct shipping address is David Kramer, [redacted] 180th Street, Clarksville, Iowa [redacted]. If the printer doesn't reach this address as promised, I will escalate the issue with my credit card company, bank, and the Better Business Bureau.

On November 3rd, I visited Store [redacted] with a full cart and spent 2 hours shopping, but my card was declined because it expired in September [redacted]. The staff agreed to hold my cart for 24 hours, but when I returned the next day at 9 pm after activating my new card, they had not saved it. Frustrated, I spent another hour reselecting my items, only to have my card declined again on November 5th when I realized I missed my October payment. I made a $93.52 payment by phone at 7 pm with "Joseph" and confirmation number [redacted]. However, when I returned to the store on November 6th, my card was still declined. I can't access my account online, and I'm unsure if the payment was deducted from my bank account. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service during the evening, no one answered. The store employees seem to think I'm rude, but I've been a loyal Target customer for many years. I'm confused about what's happening and worried about arranging another payment without clarity on the previous one.

I bought the Dean Spotlight Floor Lamp - Project 62™ a little over a year ago (unfortunately not linked to my Target account). I only use it for a few hours a day, if that. The bulbs cannot be replaced, and now, the lamp won't turn on and is essentially useless. I want a replacement or refund - considering the product description, this lamp should have lasted much longer given its bulb life. I am extremely disappointed.

I have already requested a resolution for an issue regarding a refund and an image. However, I would like to address the multiple occurrences where my cat litter orders have arrived improperly packaged. Sometimes the cat litter is delivered without a box as it should be, but other times it arrives boxed with other items. When I order two, the packers often place both cat litter containers in one box alongside other items, resulting in damaged goods and an excessively heavy box. The weight makes it challenging for many individuals, including myself, to carry it inside. I kindly ask for improved training for your shipping employees to ensure the cat litter is shipped without a box and to consider the box's weight to make it more manageable.

On December 5th, [redacted], I bought Target brand Nicorette gum. The outer box included a $5 coupon, but it wasn't applied at checkout. I utilized my Target Red Card for my in-store transactions totaling $[redacted].67. I'm hoping to receive a 10% discount on my purchases; I neglected to present the mailer I got from Target this week. Could anyone guide me towards the correct individual or department for assistance? Regarding Order # [redacted][redacted], I purchased an innerspring mattress in a full size which was delivered as a queen size instead. The mattress was compressed to fit in a box, but it cannot be re-compressed for return. It is too large for UPS to retrieve. How can I proceed with returning this oversized item?

I reported credit card fraud and cyberstalking to eBay for encouraging purchases of Target gift cards for online orders. Upon realizing the issue, I called Target's toll-free number to stop the charges on the gift cards I purchased. I lodged a complaint and disputed the charges promptly to prevent any transactions from going through. The Target gift cards were voided before any products were charged to them.

I made an order on Dec 6th but had to cancel due to receiving the wrong item swiftly. I reordered on Dec 7th, but it processed on the old, supposedly canceled card. Despite contacting Target and my credit card company twice to ensure cancellation of the first order, the Dec 7th shipment is in transit. I placed another order on Dec 9th, correctly billed to a new card, which now shows a pending duplicate order. Worried about the potential $90 charge for each duplicate order, uncertain of the resolution, and mindful of my limited budget as a retiree.

I purchased two dresses in-store but couldn't try them on due to closed dressing rooms. After realizing they didn't fit, I want to return them by mail, as I live far from the nearest Target. I find it surprising I can't do this. As a retail store owner myself, I would never inconvenience a customer this way. Target used to be a favorite, but now I hesitate to shop there again.

Good evening, a few minutes ago we discovered a Target charge on my partner's account that was made on December twelfth at three forty in the afternoon. This information, along with the reference number (4[redacted] 4[redacted]), is all we have. She did not place any order, so it appears to be a fraudulent transaction or a numerical error when entering the card number. A false order was placed on your website less than twenty-four hours ago, and we would like to resolve this. We can provide any necessary information, but please assist with refunding the money. I've spent a lot of time browsing through the Cat & Jack Kid's Clothing Sale at Target. Each time I try to check out, it's taking over 10 minutes. I'm not sure if it's my Wi-Fi causing the issue. I've attempted to check out over a dozen times with over 30 items in my cart. On my latest try, the screen refreshed and everything was back to full price. I still need to complete my purchase at the sale price for the items in my online cart.

I recently ordered some bras and the tracking information showed they were delivered, but I never received the package. I contacted customer service after waiting a week, and they sent me a replacement, which I received. Shortly after, the original package arrived with two of the three bras in it. I need assistance with an order issue. I purchased three $[redacted] gift cards on December 6th, which I believe were delivered but are now missing. I searched my house thoroughly to no avail, and suspect they may have been accidentally thrown away. Can the cards be canceled, and the charges removed from my credit card? Can you please confirm if you ship to Guam, USA? I spoke to a representative online who indicated that you do ship there. However, I encountered issues at checkout where some items were added to the cart while others were not. I was also given a $3.99 credit that I was unable to apply to my purchase. I am seeking clarification on whether shipping to Guam will be consistently available in the future to avoid further confusion. Just to clarify, I am not a military member. Thank you.

I'm currently facing challenges trying to resign from my position at the local Target store. Starting this job has been very disappointing as I received no training and was expected to manage on my own, which has significantly impacted my well-being. Due to the sink-or-swim approach to training, my anxiety and depression have worsened, leading me to search for a more suitable work environment. I bought 6 Threshold outdoor dining chairs, but after only 2 summers, they began deteriorating and rusting, rendering them unusable. Surprisingly, my daughter, who also bought the same chairs, leaves hers outside all year, and they are in much better condition. We store ours in a dry, somewhat heated garage, and the amount of rust is unbelievable. I am concerned that the finish on the chairs may be the issue. In early December, I bought three gift cards for $[redacted] each at the Copiague Target Store in New York as Christmas gifts for a family in need. Unfortunately, one card with number [redacted][redacted] had no balance when the family tried to use it at the Corona store. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that the card had been used for unauthorized online purchases totaling $[redacted].25 in California. After an investigation, I was told I would not receive a refund or replacement as the card had been "redeemed" after activation. My reference number for this issue is [redacted]19. I bought Good and Gather Steam In Bag Broccoli Cuts at the Waukesha Facility today. Disappointed to find mostly stem pieces instead of head pieces when preparing dinner. I have always loved Target products, but this experience with the Good & Gather brand makes me question it. Expecting better quality from Target.
