I am Carol L. from Oxon Hill, MD. I recently bought something online from Target and picked it up on 11/14/19. Upon checking my account, I noticed a $30 overcharge. Despite being told that the amount was refunded, my bank has no record of the transaction. On that same day, $72.39 was deducted from my account instead of the $42.39 for my purchase. I am seeking a prompt resolution to this issue and would appreciate an email confirmation once it is sorted out. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought a Disney park pass at Target, but it was not activated. Despite providing the receipt, I was told the refund would take 10 to 14 days. It's been over 4 weeks, and I still haven't received the credit. I opened an inquiry as Michael R., but it seems like I have to restart the process because of Target's mistake. Customer service is unhelpful and keeps asking for the Target gift card number, not understanding it's a Disney card bought there. When I initially spoke with the gift card department, progress was made, but now that number is unknown. I just need that number to resolve this issue that isn't my fault, as Target seems slow to fix it. I simply need a phone number to proceed.

I don't have any problems with Target, but with UPS. I've been receiving delivery notifications every day this week only to be followed by notices saying they won't be delivering the item. While I understand the delay on Tuesday, Nov 26 due to the storm, the rest of the week is frustrating. Mail services resumed on Nov 27, yet UPS has not managed to deliver my package. Even though a UPS truck was seen on my street twice today, they did not stop at my house. I believe you should receive a refund for the delivery service paid to UPS as they haven't fulfilled their obligation.

I recently bought Carando "Mozzarella Rustica" Italian-style meatballs from your store at [redacted] and Shea in Scottsdale, AZ. My wife and I were shocked by the excessive salt content in the meatballs. We found it too salty to consume. While I understand the need for preservation, I believe customers should have the autonomy to regulate their salt intake. If high salt levels are for preservation reasons, it might be best not to sell the product. We had to throw away half of the package due to the overwhelming saltiness and couldn't finish the rest. The barcode on the package is 0 70[redacted]2 7. This experience was disappointing. I suggest your team taste-tests products before putting them on shelves for the public. I am attempting to purchase item number [redacted][redacted], which is currently on sale for $10.82. Unfortunately, I am currently locked out of my account. Despite reaching out to customer service through chat and phone, I have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue, even after waiting on hold for 40 minutes. I have attempted to reset my password twice without success, although it worked yesterday. Since the item is now at a better sale price, I am eager to purchase another pair of jeans. I simply wish to place my order over the phone. I was provided with a new password that only worked once, despite it being confirmed on the website. My ultimate goal is to make a purchase, and this will be my last try, the fourth attempt. If unsuccessful, I will have to consider looking elsewhere. Thank you for your attention.

Order #[redacted][redacted]: I ordered 1 Nerf gun online, but the email confirmation shows that I am being charged for and shipped 2. Despite reaching out to customer service via chat and phone calls, I have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue. My first phone call was to a number the chat representative provided, which attempted to sell me a medical alert system. The second call gave me a non-toll-free number, and my last chat interaction resulted in a reference number #[redacted]1. As a person with a disability, the added stress from this situation is impacting me negatively. Consequently, I have decided not to shop at Target online in the future and will advise my family and friends to do the same.

The newspaper advertised on December 1st that spending $[redacted] on Christmas lights and decorations would get $50 off "for Sunday only." When I went to the store, I saw signs on the shelves clarifying that the $[redacted] had to be after discounts. Despite meeting this requirement, at checkout, the register applied $50 off per item, resulting in the same discount as the weekly offer. Many customers, including myself, came for the extra $50, only to realize we could have received a similar discount any day that week. This misleading advertising by Target was disappointing.

On Saturday, 11/23, I and my partner bought an Archer Farms mushroom and truffle oil pizza. The description of the pizza did not mention onions at all. However, to our dismay, it had onions on it which we both dislike. Despite painstakingly removing them, the pizza was still bland and unappetizing. We are hesitant to buy this Target brand again as we are unsure what other surprises may be in store. Can we please receive a refund for this disappointing purchase? The pizza was bought from a Target store in Solon, OH.

I attempted both in-store and online to purchase the black or silver 10.2-inch 7th generation iPad for $[redacted]. Unfortunately, they were out of stock, and I signed up for notifications for when Target restocked. Today, I see they are back in stock, but the price is now $50 more. On November 6th around 1:30 pm, I visited my local Target store in Delran, NJ on Route [redacted]. I noticed they had a nice display of air fryers, but the premium models on the top row had no prices listed. Even after a few weeks, the situation hadn't changed. To find a price, I had to match the product with a box on a different shelf and hope the SKU matched. For items on the bottom shelf, the prices were covered by the oversized boxes, making it difficult for me, at 83 years old, to see them. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was only able to communicate over a walkie-talkie, which made it hard to explain the issue clearly. On a previous trip, my wife sent me to buy bread, but I couldn't find any signage and had to seek help from an associate who did their best but initially misdirected me. I received an email advertisement about a "buy two get one free" promotion on certain Disney toys on Wednesday, December 4th. Today, my wife and I ordered three Disney toys online, all of which were part of the promotion. Our order number is #[redacted][redacted] and we chose to pick up our order at the Westside El Paso, Texas store. However, upon checking out, we were charged the full price for all three items. When we went to the store to request a refund for the lowest priced item, we were informed that they couldn't assist us.

I am concerned about the organization of the merchandise in your stores. The displays, especially during holidays like Christmas, are messy and not appealing. The Christmas items were crammed on a few shelves in the home section, making it look very disorganized. Even after weeks, the situation did not improve. The fall Thanksgiving display was also lacking, located in an odd place near the escalator. My experience with fall items before Thanksgiving was similar, with cute dishes hidden at the back of the department. Better displays would have encouraged me to purchase these items sooner. When customers enter the store, they should be greeted with a festive and well-organized display, inspiring them to shop happily. This year, the displays have been underwhelming. I hope Target can improve on this.

Hello, I recently made a purchase on target.com and unfortunately, one of the items I received was damaged and never worked. Here are the order details: #[redacted][redacted]. I placed the order at 7:23 pm on Nov 10, [redacted]. Since I currently reside abroad and was only in Miami for vacation, it's inconvenient for me to return the defective steamer to a store. I am quite worried about the situation because the steamer was intended as a gift for someone special. If it's not possible to replace the steamer, I would appreciate a refund. Thank you in advance. I recently bought $[redacted] worth of Target gift cards for Christmas gifts, only to find out later there was a 10% discount on them last Sunday. I was disappointed that the cashier at the Middletown, NJ Target store didn't inform me about this promotion. Despite trying to return and repurchase the cards with the discount, I was told by an associate that the issue couldn't be addressed at the store level and was instructed to contact corporate. I would appreciate a $20 credit for the oversight. As a loyal customer on a fixed income, this situation has been a burden. I used to work at Target until 5 days ago. I was let go because they claimed I no-called-no-showed, but I did call in to say I was running late and would come in later. However, HR at my store still terminated me for a no-call-no-show. I called in, but they won't listen. I am worried about having this termination on my work record and being unable to work at Target in the future. I am hoping for some assistance with this situation.

I recently purchased a queen-sized mattress pad from Target, but it does not fit my queen size mattress. The tag lists the following details: Target [redacted]92 F[redacted]3 Q1/19 Queen. Additionally, two other tags on the mattress pad read "SIDE," which I found unhelpful as I have only seen tags labeled "TOP" and "BOTTOM" in the past. Despite trying to put the mattress pad on both alone and with assistance from my boyfriend, it is too small. Unfortunately, I no longer have the packaging or receipt. I would appreciate a callback regarding my recent order issue. After placing an order, I was informed that part 2 was out of stock. I selected a store 40 miles away to collect the item, only to receive a notification later that it is no longer available at that location. Other stores have it, but it is not available for pickup. I placed an order on the evening of 12/9 and later realized I hadn't updated the shipping address. I reached out to Target the next morning, but was informed that the order was already being processed and advised to contact UPS. UPS mentioned they couldn't adjust the address until it was in their system. Currently, the tracking information only shows "waiting for UPS," leaving the order in a bit of a limbo state. The package referenced with UPS tracking number 1Z3004Y4YN[redacted]2, containing a small package of chapsticks, was forcefully jammed into my mailbox, causing difficulty in retrieving it. This tight placement also prevented the delivery of a gift card through USPS, valued at $[redacted]. The gift card was returned to the facility and is now lost, complicating the process of obtaining a replacement.
