August *, ******Dear Target – To whom it may concern:* I want to thank you for hiring “Nick,” as one of your most valuable employee. I’m not sure of his position, but he shown to have superb, and excellent customer service.* On August *, ****, Sunday, he assisted my wife and I, to look for an item that we had problems finding. First, he directed us to an aisle that was similar to what we were looking for, but not exactly. We then explained in greater details what we wanted and he understood. Thereafter, he asked us to follow him and surprisingly, we found exactly what we were looking for. In addition, during the search expedition, another customer asked for his help and he assisted her quickly, and stated he’ll be right back to fully assist her, once he finished helping us. When we were done, we witnessed him bring the box item to the other customer which was very happy with his exceptional service.* Nick obviously, has a skill in excellent customer service that went up and beyond. If he doesn’t get recognize for his outstanding effort, it would be appalling. He’s a great asset to the company, and if he gets promoted or compensated for his work, then he truly deserves it.**Sincerely,*The Millamena family
