Dear Sirs, I own properties in Naples, Florida and Brazil, and my daughter's family resides in England. Before our travels, I normally shop at Walmart and Amazon for household essentials. This time, I decided to place a pick-up order at your store. I placed two small orders with you and collected them the day before our trip. On unpacking, I realized that most items are within two months of expiration, with one even a month past the expiration date. I was under the impression that expired products are removed from the shelves. I had to discard the expired can of jalapeños and will need to donate the other items to the local elderly home as they won't be consumed in time. I am disappointed with this practice and will share my experience. Enclosed are the details of the two orders placed. Best regards, K.B.

I would like to take a moment to praise the service I received from CHRIS, an employee at the Miami Lakes Target store on Miami Gardens and Red Road in Miami Dade County. I reside in South Beach, and when my mattress air pump broke late in the evening, I urgently needed a replacement. After discovering Miami Lakes had it in stock, I tried calling the store at [redacted], but to my disappointment, the phone service was not up to par. Despite this setback, I made my way to the store, and fortunately encountered Chris in the electronics department. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and had a great attitude that turned my initial frustration into a positive experience. Thanks to Chris, I left the store feeling grateful and satisfied. He truly is a valuable asset to your company.

I went to Target in Saginaw, Michigan this morning to buy school supplies advertised in yesterday's newspaper. None of the 25 cents or 50 cents items were displayed. I asked multiple employees, including the service desk, and no one knew about these deals. One employee suggested they might be out later in the week. When I asked for a raincheck, I was told they couldn't provide one. Items in the ad should be available when I visit the store. I called Target's 1-[redacted] number, and the lady claimed there was no Target in Saginaw, Michigan. This is unbelievable. I spelled Saginaw multiple times for her. I will not be returning to this Target. Does anyone there know what they are doing? - Pat Mahoney

I am very interested in your promotion offering a free baby bag with a baby registry creation. I noticed that I have to visit a store to claim it. Unfortunately, I reside in a rural area without a Target nearby. Is there a way to still receive the baby bag? I was planning to purchase baby items from your store, and the baby bag offer was a delightful incentive.

I faced an issue in the electronics store recently. When I needed help, the worker was on the phone assisting someone. After he finished, I was able to get the first item I needed, but when I went to ask him about another item, he was nowhere to be found. I had to call the store multiple times, and it took a while for him to come out. When he finally did, he seemed a bit rude. Despite this experience, it won't deter me from shopping there, but I do think they should refrain from using their cell phones while assisting customers. During my time working as a cashier, we were not allowed to use cell phones as well. Thank you.

I visited the newly remodeled Target store in Port Arthur, Texas on July 9th around 1 pm. I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. Despite having a basket full of items worth around $[redacted], there were no checkout personnel available at the registers, only self-checkout was open. When I inquired about using a cashier, the employee at self-checkout informed me to use the self-checkout instead. This shopping experience was not pleasant, as I prefer traditional checkout methods. If I wanted self-checkout, I would shop on Amazon. It's unlikely that I will continue shopping at Target or any of your stores, which is a loss as my wife used to shop there weekly. To address this, I suggest adding checkout personnel to improve the customer experience. Signed, A former customer

Hello, I'm Tesia, a plus-size woman who feels that Target may not fully understand our sizes. The world preaches body positivity, but shopping at places like Target can be disappointing. Sizes like XL and XXL may not accommodate us, while options like DD or DDD bras, although being a Triple D, are too tight and pricier. This experience can be disheartening and make me feel like I should only shop online for more size-inclusive options. Seeing mostly one-pieces for plus sizes online can be discouraging. Despite being a confident woman, I couldn't overlook this issue. I hope that my feedback reaches someone at Target who can address this concern. I used to love shopping at Target, but now I feel unsure about it.

Recently, we bought a pillow from Target, and to our surprise, my partner noticed a foul smell coming from it. What we initially thought was new foam turned out to be a dead lizard that was somehow sealed inside the plastic packaging. Fortunately, my partner is away on a trip, so she wasn't present when I made this unsettling discovery. However, I'm worried that the smell may have lingered and affected her bed. I might have to sleep on the couch while taking care of the situation. I have the pillow with the case and a photo of the deceased lizard. I hope that my partner can receive some form of compensation for the pillow and potentially her bed. Additional compensation for the cleaning we have to do and the distress caused by this incident would be appreciated, though not expected.

This morning, I applied for a Target Red Card online to use during an upcoming sale. After the approval, I followed a link to add the card to my Target wallet for immediate use, only to find that I required the card number from the previous page. Upon contacting customer service, I was transferred multiple times, receiving conflicting information and no real solution. To my frustration, a supervisor even disconnected our call midway through my explanation. The lack of apology and rudeness displayed by the representatives was disheartening. Despite owning various store cards, I have never encountered such difficulties. I am disappointed that I cannot utilize the new card for tomorrow’s sale and feel disenchanted by Target’s handling of the situation. I hold Target in high regard and am disheartened by today’s experience.

I received an email today at 1:54 p.m. indicating that the Barbie Dreamhouse playset was on sale online for $[redacted].99 for one day only, which I found amazing. However, when I clicked to get it, the price showed as $[redacted].99 in the cart. Despite chatting online and calling customer service multiple times, I got nowhere. The first representative I spoke to took my information but disappeared after saying she would look into it. When I called back, a new representative asked for my email to investigate, but then I was disconnected. After asking for a supervisor and being put on hold for 14 minutes, I gave up. It seems no one wants to provide customer service, and I am very disappointed, especially since I am a loyal Target customer.

I apologize for the email I just sent. I'm using voice to text right now, so please pardon any errors. I recently visited the Target in Voorhees and wanted to share my positive experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. One standout was Rachel, a young lady with bright orange hair. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding the products I needed and providing valuable information. Despite taking up a lot of her time, she remained patient and kind, displaying wisdom beyond her years at only 19. Rachel's exceptional service truly impressed me, and she deserves praise. Target has definitely become one of my preferred shopping destinations. Kudos to Rachel and the whole team at that location!

I believe that customers who excessively use their phones to save every penny during checkout are taking things too far. This causes delays, and I have personally experienced waiting for a long time while the cashier deals with price checks from customers' phones. It would be more efficient if customers could do this as they shop. From what I've observed, the checkout staff are not happy about this practice, and it causes frustration for other customers waiting in line. I suggest Target consider creating a special line for price checkers so that the process is smoother for everyone. If this continues, I may have to consider shopping at Walmart instead, despite preferring to buy my food at Target. It would be helpful if the checkers could provide feedback anonymously on how they feel about this situation. Thank you.

Is there a way to resolve this issue caused by a store or app error and not attributed to the guest? I experienced a problem with a Cartwheel offer not being applied correctly. I lost out on saving 60 cents on a PURCELL product priced at $2.99 with a 20% discount offer. Even though I had added the offer to my wallet before purchasing, the discount did not apply. I chose not to make a fuss at the time due to the queue behind me. While it's a small amount, it's important on principle to address such situations. This incident has made me hesitant to shop at Target in the future if Cartwheel coupons may not work on specific items through no fault of mine. The discounts and promotions are what usually attract me to shop at Target.

I recently noticed that the store layout was updated, and the pet department, which includes essential items like cat food and litter, was moved to the back of the store. This change doesn't make sense to me as other essential items are usually located near the front. I have physical limitations, and it is inconvenient for me to have to go all the way to the back of the store. Additionally, the way the shelves are stocked with cat litter seems illogical. The popular Arm and Hammer Clump and Seal Multi cat litter is often out of stock or placed in hard-to-reach areas. I have raised this concern with store management multiple times to no avail. It's frustrating to see the heavy litter placed on the top shelf while the lighter ones are easily accessible. This lack of consideration for customer satisfaction has led me to shop elsewhere for my cat litter needs. At a nearby store, the litter is conveniently located near the cashier, making it easier for me to purchase in bulk for my cat rescue work.

Today, while shopping at a Target store in Framingham, MA, I encountered extremely disappointing customer service. My wife had ordered an air pump online for $24 to be picked up at the Marlboro store. Upon realizing it had a car lighter plug instead of a wall socket plug, I went to the Framingham store to exchange it for the correct one. Despite having the receipt, they refused the return since it didn't have a barcode specific to that item. It led to a confusing situation where I almost accidentally left with the wrong air pump, resulting in a call to the police. Overly complicated policies and unhelpful staff made the experience frustrating. Only after my wife emailed the receipt with the barcode did they process the return. This incident reminded me of a previous negative experience with a return years ago, leaving me feeling unappreciated as a customer at Target.

I am reaching out with a unique situation regarding 3 Threshold Windham storage cabinets purchased in November [redacted]. Due to unforeseen medical issues my husband faced, I was unable to use these cabinets to create a craft room as planned. I would like to explore the possibility of returning these unopened cabinets to Target for a partial refund, as they are still being sold. I possess the original invoice and can present it upon request. The order number for this purchase was [redacted]78 on November 7, [redacted], and the email associated with the account was [redacted] Although the order does not appear in the system, I have documentation to support my claim. I appreciate your consideration in this matter. Thank you, Linda Warren

I am contacting you about a customer complaint under reference number [redacted]-[redacted] concerning the fraudulent use of Target gift cards for criminal activities on July 25, [redacted]. My spouse, A.O., was tricked into buying seven gift cards totaling $6,[redacted] at the self-checkout in Target at [redacted] Lake Cook Rd, Wheeling, IL [redacted]. The Target RedCard debit was used to purchase $2,[redacted], and the rest was bought with $3,[redacted] cash. An additional gift card worth $[redacted] was bought using a credit card at Target, [redacted] E Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL [redacted]. The scammers gained access to the gift card details, and by the time we reported it to Target, the cards had been emptied. We have filed a police report with Buffalo Grove, IL ([redacted]), and the Social Security Administration's Office of the Inspector General. The lack of protective measures at the Wheeling Target is concerning, especially compared to the safeguards in place at the Arlington Heights branch. I contacted Target, but they denied any responsibility. It would be beneficial for Target to enhance security measures and offer compensation to maintain customer trust. Otherwise, I will escalate the issue to the Better Business Bureau and utilize social media to alert others about the situation. Sincerely, C.O. Tel. [redacted] Email: [redacted]

July 27, [redacted] Target - Mesa Pavilions South [redacted] S Power Rd, Mesa, AZ [redacted] Dear Target, I am writing to request the removal of Simply Balanced Organic Milk from your shelves due to concerns about the mistreatment of cows by the supplier, Natural Prairie Dairy. Recent reports have exposed disturbing practices at their facility, including separating calves from their mothers at birth, injuring cow udders, and other forms of abuse. As a consumer, I am appalled by the treatment these animals endure for the production of this milk. By continuing to sell Simply Balanced Organic Milk, you are inadvertently supporting these inhumane practices. I urge you to take action by removing this product from your inventory and sending a clear message that animal cruelty will not be tolerated. For more information, you can visit animalrecoverymission.org. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Amira St. Johns

Hello, I'm Sophia and I wanted to share my feedback. I am a big fan of Target because of the wide range of brands and products you offer. My makeup, skincare products, room decor, and clothes are mainly from your store. However, I've noticed that the prices have increased, making it less affordable than before. For instance, a denim jacket that used to be cheaper is now $30. During my recent visit, I found a shirt in a different color from the rest and it had a noticeable bleach stain in the middle. I believe reselling such items, even if it was a manufacturing error, shouldn't happen. While your staff is helpful and the return policy is good, it may be overly lenient at times. I often recommend Target to friends for various items like cosmetics, decor, and school supplies. Overall, I like shopping at Target and was wondering if there's a possibility of receiving a gift card to showcase your company's excellence to my friends.
