I would like to commend one of your employees, Jade, who assisted my brother in a challenging situation with Verizon. Despite encountering issues when setting up a new phone and facing additional charges from Verizon, Jade remained by our side throughout the process. It was frustrating that she, as a sales associate, lacked access to the necessary phone numbers to assist us further. I truly appreciate Jade's exceptional customer service and her willingness to go above and beyond to help us. I believe that associates like Jade exemplify outstanding service and should be recognized for their dedication. It is my hope that Jade is aware of how grateful we are for her assistance. I feel that companies like Target should provide their associates with the tools needed to better support both the employees and the customers.

Order #[redacted][redacted] is a replacement order. My original order arrived damaged, and I reported it via live chat on May 17. I was informed that the packing system had been improved to prevent damage but unfortunately, my replacement order also arrived damaged. Although not as severely as the first, there were still dented cans and crushed croutons. The lack of packing material to cushion the items in a smaller box was disappointing. It seems like the packing process involves simply tossing items into a box without care. I am dissatisfied with Target's performance and surprised that the packing department has not addressed this recurring issue. I wanted to bring this problem to your attention in the hopes that it can be rectified. While I prefer shopping with Target online, I must admit that Walmart and Amazon excel in their shipping and packaging quality. Linnda C.

The customer service experience at the Target in Walnut, California has been disappointing. One of the checkout staff members, Brenda, has displayed rude behavior towards customers. She often fails to greet customers, rejects coupons without attempting to process them, and inefficiently bags items. Additionally, Brenda's pushy promotion of the Red Card causes delays at the checkout. Furthermore, the Diamond Bar location faces issues with low inventory on shelves, leading to inconvenience for shoppers. It is recommended that the staff receive thorough training to improve customer service and that the inventory stocking process is less disruptive. Improved customer service and inventory management are essential to retain customers and prevent them from taking their business elsewhere.

I am disappointed that I have not been able to find the Vineyard Vines collaboration in plus sizes at my local Target or online. The selection of plus sizes at my store is normally very limited. I was unable to purchase any of the pieces I planned on ordering. Here is the list of items I was hoping to get: - Women's Plus Size Patchwork Whale Sleeveless V-Neck Swim Cover Up in White, Size 3X - Women's Plus Size 1/4 Zip Pullover Sweatshirt in Pink, Size 3X - Women's Plus Size Whale Graphic Crewneck Tank in White, Size 2X - Women's Plus Size Embroidered Whale Shorts in Navy, Size 2X - Women's Plus Size Striped Sleeveless V-Neck Romper in Red/Blue, Size 2X - Women's Plus Size Striped Pants in Navy/White, Size 2X - Women's Plus Size Gingham Long Sleeve Shirtdress in Navy/White, Size 3X - Women's Plus Size Sleeveless Striped Crewneck Knit Dress in White/Navy, Size 2X Will it be possible to purchase these items? I had planned to feature them on my YouTube channel. Additionally, I wanted to get a V-Neck Romper in 2 mediums and 1 large, as well as an XL Men’s Striped Short Sleeve Polo Shirt in Navy/Red for family photos. My husband is a veteran who recently had his leg amputated, so it is frustrating not to be able to access these items. Thank you for your assistance. -Jessica

I purchased two cellphones from Target and switched my service to Consumer Cellular on March 31, [redacted]. Unfortunately, one of the phones, an iPhone 6s bought on May 16, [redacted], stopped working. Despite trying to troubleshoot the issue, the phone wouldn't turn on or charge. When I went back to the Target in McKinney, Texas, the staff couldn't help as only a technical assistant could handle phone issues, and their provider was unreliable. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the staff reluctantly suggested I visit another Target with technical support, causing unnecessary inconvenience and travel. It's frustrating that the McKinney store didn't inform us to contact Apple directly. The lack of customer service and dismissive attitude of the employees at the McKinney Target were disappointing. The confusion with contact information and the inconvenience of multiple trips highlight the need for better training and service standards at these locations.

Dear Sir and Madam, I have been experience issues with the shipments I have ordered from Target for friends and church members in need. The problem arises from the order processors at Target incorrectly labeling the recipient's name with the shipping address. This mistake has caused confusion for the recipients on multiple occasions. In comparison to other online stores, Target seems to be the only one with this consistent error. It reflects poorly on Target as a company when such a simple task cannot be executed accurately. I kindly request that you address this issue with your order processors to ensure that correct recipient names are used on all shipments. It is important to maintain accuracy and professionalism in these transactions. Thank you, M. Miller

To whom it may concern, Target at [redacted] N Congress, Lake Park, FL [redacted] I hope this email reaches someone who cares. I had avoided visiting Target for nearly 2 years due to the poor conditions in the grocery department. Upon hearing about a recent remodel, I decided to give Target another chance. On 5-22-19, I was pleasantly surprised. I met Mandela, the new manager in the grocery department, and expressed my past disappointments. I was impressed by how the grocery department has improved and thanked him for his efforts. Mandela's professionalism and hard work were evident, and I pledged to continue shopping at Target. It's clear that Mandela is knowledgeable and making a positive impact. Many thanks, Mandela. Sincerely, Nick Edar

I have been using up&up diapers for over five years, always choosing them for being fragrance-free. Lately, I bought the biggest box and noticed a strong perfumey smell similar to regular Huggies or Pampers, something I've always avoided due to migraines it gives me and my husband. The scent was not detectable until I opened the box, making it difficult to return once at home with an urgent need for diapers. Unfortunately, this change in the product has made it impossible for us to continue using or recommending these diapers, which is disappointing after being a loyal customer for so long.

Good afternoon, I hope you are having a great day. I wanted to share a thought with you regarding our planet. I am a student at John F. Kennedy, my name is Nathaly, and I am seventeen years old. Studying AP Environmental Science has made me realize the environmental challenges facing us. I love shopping at Target; the staff is friendly, and your products are wonderful. Target's initiative to remove plastic bags is commendable. However, the option to purchase plastic bags for ten cents still exists. I suggest switching to paper or reusable bags to further help the environment while still maintaining profits. Thank you for being a fantastic company. Have a wonderful day.

I wanted to express my concerns via email, but it seems challenging. Despite that, I want my feedback to reach corporate. I've been trying to transition away from a company I order from monthly by using Target for some purchases. Every month, I face issues with my orders, mainly due to poor packaging. Target now makes me choose between my principles and receiving damaged packages, an easy decision for me. Why can't corporations keep politics out of their businesses? Regarding the LGBTQ+ community, that's personal and not my business. I'm tired of feeling pressured to show acceptance. Target's extensive efforts to support certain causes don't sit well with me. From a Proud Christian perspective, I won't be placing any more orders with Target due to these reasons. Despite the order problems, I don't feel valued as a customer. Many Americans share my views, and I won't support a company that disregards them.

I recently purchased a gift for a friend's birthday online, ordering on May 15 with an expected delivery of May 24. However, the delivery date has been postponed multiple times, moving from 28 to 29, then 30, and now 31. This delay has unfortunately exceeded the recipient's birthday, disrupting my plans. During an online chat with a representative, I found their assistance unhelpful and frankly, quite rude. Despite expressing my concerns, I was told to simply wait as it wasn't Target's fault. This experience has been disappointing as a frequent online shopper and Target customer. I am considering requesting a refund or credit, or even returning the item and potentially no longer shopping at Target due to this upsetting situation. Thank you.

I was interested in purchasing the KidKraft Ryerson swing set priced at $[redacted], but it was sold out when I tried to buy it. I reached out to customer service, initially being informed that there are plans to restock the item. However, after not seeing it back in stock, I called again for an update. This time, a different representative mentioned not having information on the restock timeline, stating that nobody in the company could provide that detail. The inconsistency was frustrating. I am now seeking guidance on who I can contact to get accurate information about the restocking or consider alternative purchasing options.

Dear Target, I am writing to address an ongoing issue my friends and I have encountered with a staff member at your Stellhorn location in Fort Wayne. During our daily bike rides of 20-30 miles, we frequently stop at your store for shopping and lunch. Unfortunately, a staff member has been following and accusing us of disruptive behavior that we did not engage in. Despite addressing this with him, the situation escalated when he threatened to involve authorities. This unwarranted treatment has led us to bring witnesses on our recent visits. The staff member's slanderous remarks have deeply upset us, especially his false claim about stolen liquor. This mistreatment and false accusations must be addressed promptly, as it has caused undue stress for us youngsters. We believe that a company like Target should ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons, and this staff member's behavior is unacceptable. I urge your attention to this matter. Thank you. Sincerely, Elliot T. & Friends

I have regularly bought "Joy Mango Huggable Hangers" at the Target store in West St. Paul, MN, in various colors. Recently, needing new colors for organization, I ordered [redacted] gray hangers online. The "MBD Hangers Made By Design" brand hangers I received are of poor quality. The top metal parts are inconsistently shaped and some are loose, suggesting manufacturing issues and lack of quality control. This variety in shape impacts the hanger's functionality, especially when hanging multiple clothing items. I lament not having time to return these hangers and find a different brand. I am disappointed that Target is selling such subpar products, which diminishes my confidence in shopping there. Thank you for addressing this issue.

My recent visit to the Springfield, MO Target left me disappointed. The store appeared chaotic, with one employee struggling to manage the clothing section alone. The disarray resembled a garage sale rather than the typically neat Target store. Despite being a longtime shopper at this location and enjoying spending hours browsing the clothes, I left feeling disheartened. I hope the store can address the cleanliness and staff it needs to restore its pleasant shopping environment.

I am a loyal Target customer who shops frequently both online and in-store. I am disappointed by recent decisions made by the company and have chosen to boycott Target until changes are implemented. The significant concern is the large donations to GLSEN, which I feel promote something morally wrong, especially when directed at children. I believe sexual orientation should not be introduced to young children who are not yet at an age to grasp such concepts. While I have family members in the LGBTQ community whom I love, I do not support their lifestyle choices. I prefer to shop for my 8-month-old baby elsewhere until Target stops promoting this agenda. I wish to support stores like Carter’s, Marshalls, and Walmart instead. I ask Target to consider this perspective if they want to regain my business and that of others who share my views. Thank you.

I am a dedicated shopper at Target, both online and in-store. Recently, I have been disappointed by some decisions the company has made. I have decided to boycott Target until these choices are reconsidered. My main concern is the donations to GLSEN, which I believe promote things that go against my morals. I have reservations about introducing children to complex ideas like sexual orientation. I feel that children should not be exposed to this at a young age. While I respect LGBTQ individuals in my family, I do not wish to see this promoted to children. I enjoy shopping at Target, particularly for my baby, but I cannot support these initiatives. I will be shopping elsewhere until changes are made. Thank you for understanding.

While shopping at Target in Florence, Kentucky this morning from around 8:30 to 9:00, I was in the grocery section grabbing some cottage cheese when I slipped on a clear, slippery liquid on the floor. I managed to grab onto the shelving in the aisle to prevent falling completely, but it strained my right shoulder and caused pain. I immediately informed a Target associate from another department about the spill, and he took action to clean it up. However, I was disappointed that he didn't inquire about my well-being after the fall, simply addressing the spill and moving on.

The store layout changes you've made, dividing it into different brand sections, have made it extremely challenging to navigate. The new bland departments are tedious to walk through compared to when all garments were displayed together. I struggled to find the women's jumpers section in-store and had to resort to online shopping for a click and collect order. Target's store lacks the varied selection and individual brand presence found in stores like Myers and David Jones. The shift to self-service tills has stripped away the personal touch, making the shopping experience less enjoyable and akin to a supermarket visit. Many of my friends share these frustrations, leading us to now choose Target as a last resort rather than our first preference. I'm not expecting changes, but wanted to provide feedback on the impact of Target's modernization from a customer's perspective. Thank you.

Hello, I recently purchased a ride-on GMC truck for my son's birthday. As a single mom, it was a significant expense for me, requiring extra work hours to afford it. I couldn't purchase a warranty at the time due to financial constraints. Unfortunately, the truck has been malfunctioning since my son first used it, repeatedly stopping after a short while. I took it to my parents' house for my dad to inspect, and he found the gearbox to be broken. The truck intermittently catches and moves for a few seconds before stopping again. My son hasn't been able to enjoy his new toy at all. Can I inquire about the possibility of exchanging the faulty truck for a replacement?
