The issue in GetHuman-barneyso's own words
The check out staff at the Target in Walnut California are very rude. A staff member named Brenda does not try to help the customers at all. On numerous occasions she doesn’t greet the customer, she says that it won’t accept a coupon so she just hands it back without trying. Today I was so tired of her behavior that after I finished my transaction I went to the service desk to get a refund for the three coupons that she said were ‘no good’. I also almost walked off without some of my purchases, because she crammed some items into one bag and left the other items that she didn’t want to bag on the counter. I brought three bags. This same employee holds up the entire line, because she is trying to get everyone to sign up with her for a Red Card. Enough with the sales pitch pressure. Target has had the Red Card for years. I think if people wanted a card, they would have one already.*Another complaint about the Diamond Bar location is the lack of inventory on the shelves. Many shelves are empty and it seems as if they try to stock when the store is open, but huge boxes and staff in the aisles makes it very difficult to shop.*I would suggest some intensive staff training or maybe some attitude adjustment. I do try to use the self check out, but it doesn’t work when I using coupons, gift cards etc.*Thank you for your time, I hope there is improvement before people start shopping elsewhere.
