Order details***************** shipment *Ordered at *:**pm on Mar **, ******My online order was never received, but I received an email today stating that two of my items were being refunded. I never wanted a refund or requested one. I never received the items. I WANT to receive the items! **I called your customer service number today three times. I was disconnected three times. I spoke with a person one time. He barely spoke English. Based on the things he said to me, I do not think he understood what I wanted. I asked to speak with someone else who could help me. I was disconnected again. **I am a very good and long-standing customer of Target. Bluntly, I spend a LOT of money at Target. Right now I am a very UNHAPPY Target customer who is ready to stop spending her money at Target unless she gets adequate customer service.**Sincerely,*Andrea Kansas
