I’m very disappointed ** at the target at East Windsor,NJ I’m a everyday customer for them to treat me like that. I made a purchase this morning and I pay **.** in store credit and **. ** in cash my daughter didn’t want to of the items I went to return it they didn’t want to give me my money in cash they want to give me the **.** store credit and *.** in cash I asked y the front manager told the is the way they have to do it with a nasty attitude I asked for a manager she told me the same thing if I want the money back I have to bring everything everything and return it, I asked why they going to make come back she sorry is the way we do it or i give you the store credit. I called customer services and she just told me that she spoke with the manager and the is the way they do it I asked is this’s the policy or the way she does it and she said the way they do it i told her you are not really helping me because I’m not understand what you mean the way they do it. She put me her supervisor on the phone and he said is this how supposed to be done and the store manager has the the decision to decide if she can override or not so I asked him why she can’t do it for instead of making me going home to bring everything when she can do it for me and he said again she decided to who to do it or not so I felt if I was white American yes definitely she’ll do but I have a strong Spanish accent so She won’t do it. Is not fear to feel the way the we always get to be treated like that. And excuse me for my writing as you can see my English is not perfect and when they now that I can express my self like other people this’s how I get to be treated. Thanks and i hope you guys can do something about it because I felt nobody couldn’t help i don’t understand what is the customer service by phone the you guys have or is only for Americans people.
