I just wanted to provide feedback that the shipping experience on my latest order is one of the absolute worst I've had in the past several years. I ordered a number of items, each of which shipped using different methods, which was frustrating but understandable. One item shipped via EFW, one of your shipping partners, which is not only mind-numbingly slow, it doesn't even know where my item is right now. **I placed my order on March **th, over a week ago now, and was excited to see it was picked up for shipment on the **st in Gardena, CA, which is less than *** miles from my home in San Francisco. After * days without any updates, I received an email saying that there was a delay. When I emailed today to see if there was an update, this is the response I received: **"It appears your shipment is currently in transit. Once it has reached out sorting facility we will have an update on a date for delivery."**It is frankly hard for me to understand how it can take more than * days for a package to travel *** miles, and how the company who is in charge of this short-distance shipping has NO idea where my package is. **I don't have any specific suggestions for a resolution other than to please find out where my package is and when I can expect it, but I wanted to make sure that you are aware that because of my experience with EFW, I'm done shopping on Target's website.
