I made a return on **** to the store from my online order number *************. The return was in the amount of $***.**. The receipt id number from the return is *-****-****-****-****-*. I have been waiting and my refund has yet to be refunded to my card. I have called customer service multiple times, gone in the store where they told me it was successful on their end and can't get an answer. I want my money refunded back to me. I have been waiting nearly * weeks and cannot get an answer. When I contacted my bank they said there is no refund on their backend. Where is my money?
