My online order of canned goods arrived damaged. So I went online to file a complaint. Instead of actually reading my complaint, Target.com's response was to replace the entire order, rather than address my complaint about packaging.*Well, the replacement order came, in the same condition as the first. No insulation. Seems no one actually cares about how they package your order resulting in damage. Guess saving that couple of dollars by not using insulation is worth losing a customer over. *I am done with Target.com. Seems no one listens to complaints. The website does not even offer an email address so that customers can get in touch with an actual customer service rep. WTF?*Goodbye Target.com....hello Walmart.com.
