Purchase wipes for the price that was indicated on the tag with the description of correct item ... Hello I just had a baby * week ago and went to target to purchase some wipes. I seen Up and up brand wipes ***ct peaches and honey for *.** so I thought I’d stock up since I was there and had some gift cards as I went to checkout they rang up *.** and my cashier called a manager to the front manager then checked with fitting room to go and look for the wipes and had her check dpci number and another number was about a **-** minute wait with the line getting longer. fitting room then gave her the name and price of the item that read on tag and description of the item and manager asked her to remove the tag because it was mispriced. Manager advised cashier it’s okay to give me the price that it showed and then seen I had a few more in my cart and said she can only price match * or *. Such a waste of time and I don’t believe it is my fault that these were mispriced, I didn’t think it was fair to wait around **-** minutes so they can find out what price is right or wrong and if it was the correct item As if she didn’t believe me and then To have to go and put back the other bags of wipes I had in my cart.. just a tad bit disappointed as I had my * week old baby that needed wipes waiting at home and I was there longer than needed she told cashier to honor the price for the ones I have and then changed her mind and said she can only do * or *.. not right.. I think the problem is on targets end and if it was a mistake then they just need to be more careful when making the barcodes
I have a * week old baby waiting for a diaper change at home and I like to buy many packs of wipes so it is less trouble later
Being more careful when printing price tags
I have been a customer for over * years and never experienced this problem, I have been to a target about ** minutes away from this location and they happily price change anything needed with no limit or if they say one thing they honor it no matter what
