I already sent email- just found your site now. It was sent at *:** am *.** to guest relations and on app. Not the first time I’ve had an issue. last time I cc’ed corp heads and got immediate response. Don’t really want to do that.*I would like assurance that when i go in to the location I prefer (in email) there will be * hassle and know already about issue. i would like to be monetarily compensate with store credit at least **% - and no ‘precedent off’ coupon only. This is the *the thing in * months that’s been messed up where I had to travel back and forth and be a detective practically to get my orders fulfilled correctly and completely.*I placed * orders online in December totaling $*,***.** (and shopped in store) and this month placed * orders in the amount of $***.**Here’s the email:**LONG STORY - SORRY*I sure hope you can help me out!! :)**PROBLEM (S):*ORDER***************STORE- Fresno North * River Park * **** N Blackstone Ave. *DATE of OCCURRENCE-******** *pm*EMPLOYEE- Patrick**Returns not accepted in store*Employee rudeness*Employee FRAUDULENTLY used my identity*General unsatisfaction **Wow I had such a crappy experience at your Fresno North store (again). They just can’t seem to get it right. This time the return was not completed AND I encountered the most unhelpful, inept, rude, and smug employee of all time -PATRICK.****.**.** *pmish *I went in to return items that I had ordered from a PayPal order December **, ****. I came prepared (overly lol) - you can see from attached photo I took time in making it as easy as possible for the return process with photos of orders and order info from my Target iPhone app). No matter as I was turned away. **I waited until late on Sunday so it would be slower than a Sunday afternoon. When I went in it was not busy* only * person was in line and being helped at Customer Service. I quickly moved up to desk and then... I was forced to deal with Patrick, a very passively aggressive combative man, a man who did not want to help me, who knew nothing of your policies and would not accept any direction at all. **Long story short * I still have items as I was told I can’t return items to store - I have to ship- No cash and no cash back to Paypal debit card and no return would happen at that store PERIOD. I was offered to go to another store?!**Patrick started with quoting your policy all wrong - he adamantly denied any cash back EVER from Paypal return. In fact, when I told him had the same problem at this store in December and I went to your Fresno*Central location where they made the experience quick and easy. Your employee Patrick’s reply “Well do you want to go there?” with a condescending tone. NO I took the time to make the **** spreadsheet* photo, waited until pm to accommodate the store - not me, and I live in the country- do you think I wanted to pack up * large crates along with a cart full of other items on a Sunday night - I wanted to be home with my family! He insisted that I could only return online order through mail (no matter if it was shipped to home or store pick up or ship to store). I disagreed, citing examples of my experiences and showing him app and that’s when more of his ‘veiled’ hostility came out and continued. I then asked for a manager -I asked SEVERAL TIMES with not even an answer or acknowledgment all through conversation -he just kept trying to stonewall me. I kept referring to your return policy as it is stated and how I have encountered it numerous times. He did everything but flat out call me a liar. **—I also offered Patrick my PayPal debit card to refund- NOPE. I’m still here at home with my stuff.****All items are in original packaging and none fall under unreturnable items or special return window policies of Target.**The ‘manager’ came over and just stood there (I don’t think it was a manger as he looked kinda s cared or apprehensive to speak with Patrick there)- So I packed my stuff back up - angrily- and he yells “Have a wonderful evening!” And NOT in respectful or even nice way. **Was I angry YES!*! I had tears in my eyes - from a TARGET experience which got me even more mad - embarrassed, sad, mad, and defeated and with all my items still unreturned.**During this experience I gave him my phone with your app open, my orders, items I’ve returned successfully to no avail. THE BIGGEST PART - I return home and check emails (I was still visibly upset) and find I have * emails from Target initiating mail returns. HELLO??? I DID NOT REQUEST or INITIATE ANY SUCH THING!!! You know what that tells me?? YOUR employee Patrick took it upon himself to fraudulently initiate these actions WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and ACTING AS ME and took place after I left the store.**Now I’m at home wanting to never return to that store AND I WON’T but I also wonder if I should just cut back on my Target shopping and go with other stores as most have in store pick up now.**Patrick is a weak link in your company and I can’t imagine how many people he will turn away with his know it all , sarcastic and demeaning ways. On a side note- He was unkempt with greasy hair and (before you think I’m ‘judgey’ as I have several tattoos) he had tattoos all up and down his arms that looked like scrawlings of a kid- Very unsightly - if you choose to keep him on and dealing with the public (which he is clearly not suited for) you might want to have him shower and wear long sleeves. Fresno is small town like community in my experience since moving here and technically in California but it’s like the Bible Belt of California.**Oh the real kicker - I had a acquaintance in the line behind me - I didn’t realize at the time and she contacted me the next day to tell me about the troubling words and phrases Patrick used in reference to me -audible to customers- after I left. Some might even make you blush. **SOSOSOSOSOSO SAD :(**Am I going to have the same experience when I go to Fresno Central? Is there any assurance? What can you offer for my troubles- yes I’m asking, justifiably. *My round trip ‘Target run’ from. My home is ** miles-about ** min on a varied traffic day and I’m self employed which makes availability sporadic in my schedule especially for having to do the same thing twice.***I sure hope you can help me out today.*TY in advance for your time and effort in dealing with my situation**Have a great morning :)**Amanda Fielding*****-***-****
