I am incredibly frustrated with the issues surrounding an order my husband and I purchased on Target.com. When first purchasing the item the order was cancelled on us. After attempting to reorder the item it was again cancelled. Then not one but two calls to the Target **** phone number later someone was finally able to resolve the problem. After four to five cancellations.**The delivery date was set for Friday, January **, **** (TODAY). The order, a Chromebook, a gift from my husband, for me starting as a full-time paralegal student, whose classes began this past Wednesday. We would have purchased the device in store but, after searching and asking at every location in a ** mile radius, there were none available. **Earlier on January **, **** we received notice via email that the Chromebook would not arrive until Monday at the very latest. Concerned about my schooling we contacted online chat support and spoke with two different representatives. The last representative reassured us that the order would definitely be in no later than Monday, January **th. Now we have received an email stating the order won't arrive until the **th. We have contacted another online chat agent who was annoyingly apologetic, yet offered no solution and directed us to call the **** number.**This has been the most unprofessional service I have ever dealt with. While my husband and I both appreciate Target and the Target brand* this experience has left a very bitter taste in our mouths. **It leaves us to question the integrity of the company and dissuades us from wanting to purchase from Target (in store) and certainly online with Target ever again.**A very simple order has become unfathomably impossible to order and receive, with NO explanation as to why. Even contacting someone to speak with about this issue is beyond difficult. When you finally do talk to someone they just pass the buck. I'm so greatly disappointed by all this. **If there is any possible way to expedite the shipping on this order it would be very appropriated.
