Dear Sirs**I have two recent issues I would like to discuss. My wife and I came into your store in Boise a couple of days ago and, while there we saw a sign posted in the store, "All sleepwear **% off" Posted in multiple locations. So we shopped for sleepwear and found several items we liked. When we went to the check stand we were told one item was not discounted. When we chose not to buy that item we had an odd number of items and, as it turned out, it was actually buy one get one HALF PRICE. We were ambushed at the checkstand! The checker did give us **% off on that item (She said she could give us **% off but could not do any more than that and she did not call for help or indicate there was anything else she could do) but I did not feel very happy at that point. (I left the store feeling somewhat dissatisfied and my wife was furious.) *We paid too much for two of the pajamas we purchased (full price) and an extra **% for the other pair.*Today we ordered a game, Bob Ross The Art of Chill, on line and were told we could pick it up in * hours at the store in Boise. At * PM I drove to the store to get the game and no-one knew what I was talking about, had a record of the order or knew how to figure it out. I called my wife and she was able to look up the order and, at that point, your system told her the item was unavailable. This experience fell so far below my level of expectation that I found it difficult to thank the employee and quietly leave the store. I did shout F*ck Target, very loudly after I got in my car. **How can you fix this? *. Do not put up advertising that is purposefully or accidentally misleading. *. Tighten up your online system, train your crew better, *. Treat the public, even the bloodsucking dirtballs as if they are important to you. *. Train your employees how to deal online orders you pick up in the store. *. train employees how to deal with issues from customers at the checkstand.*. Make the customer experience a priority. *. The store felt kind of like a KMart or an older WalMart and I think Target should be better than that
