Hi. I just wanted to raise an issue with you. I recently placed an order via target.com. The whole point of ordering online was that I didn’t have time to go to the store, nor the ability, based on a recent knee surgery. However once I placed my order I realized that one item needed to be picked up in the store. No use why, but it did. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of shopping online? **Anyway, I hobbled into the store and picked up the item. Got it home, realized it didn’t fit the space we had available. So I took it back to the store. The woman who helped with my recovery return took it back, thank goodness. But she said that the receipt in the system showed I had paid with a Target gift card, so I had to take my return amount on a gift card. I hadn’t paid with a gift card, and I pulled up the details of my order to show that. But even though my receipt on my phone showed a credit card payment, the system said I paid with a gift card. So that’s how I had to take my return. **I shop at Target fairly regularly, so it won’t be an issue to a spend what’s on the gift card. But the entire reason I ordered online was to avoid going into the store. Clearly that didn’t work. And then I had a mess returning an item. So the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Will it deter me from shopping with you? No. But it will make me think twice about ever using your website again. Just waned you to be aware. I’ve never had a bad experience like this with Target before. **Thanks for listening.**Christine
