Good Evening,**I recently purchased * items from Target.com with my red card. I bought an electric scooter, ps* headset and ps* controller. * of the items (electric scooter and ps* headset) were on store pick up and * was bought in store (clear Ps* controller). These items were stolen from my car. I made a police report. I am heart broken because they were my Christmas gifts to my son. We live on a tight budget and this was all I could afford for him. I called my car and home owners insurance but they will charge me a *,*** deductible to cover the items. The items in total (due to sales) were approx ***.**. The * items were in store pick up: Order number *************. The Ps* controller was purchased ***** on my target red card (total purchase was **.*** dollars and **.** was for the crystal wireless Ps* controller. Is there any way Target would cover these items through a protection program or customer relations? I called Target *x today and every time I was disconnected through transfers. Several team leads said a reimbursement and*or replacement was possible but I was never given one because of the disconnections ( please see my record).
