I ordered online for * hour pickup on **** at approximately **am to the San Diego Mission Valley location. I arrived around **:**pm and there was a long line. When I finally got to the front I was told that they were behind by *** orders that they had gotten the day prior. As of now, approximately ** hours later, I am upset that my order is still not ready, and there appears to be zero attempt by the company to inform the customer that the orders won’t be fulfilled in * hours. This store specifically clearly knows they aren’t capable of filling these orders within * hours, but customers can still place them and are under the impression they’ll be ready as any other day. I want my order now and I want Target to stop accepting orders it already knows it can’t fulfill.
