I ordered a gift card on line to be texted to me. I had updated my phone long before I ordered the gift card, so I didn’t even think you had my old phone number, however once I hit the order button, it said it was going to be sent to my old number..I tried right away to call and fix the problem, but was told they couldn’t and to call back the next day. I am in the process of trying to fix this, but have been on hold now for over an hour. Order number is *************. Incorrect old number **********. Current and correct number **********. All I need is the card sent to the old number to be cancelled and a new one sent to the correct number **********. I’m really disappointed in the lack of customer service I am receiving this as I see it as a problem on your end since I had updated my phone and when I originally called the representative told me it was in the system.
