To whom it may concern*I ordered same items twice because wrong items sent first time by online.*Order ************** ordered online because at the time local stores were out. So I see local target has * I order them since I have to return your mistake anyways* order * *************. Told on day of delivery on phone have to wait ** to ** hours for system to update delivered. So go into Roseville north target to return and pick up other order. Lady younger think has some authority since told a guy to go push carts. I explained online sent wrong items right brand just not digital sent manual timers. Starts return scans items say its correct ones, show her picture from target order email. Not same thing upc code isn't same as what's on packing slip invoice. So my back ground in retail last ** years yes it's hard I try to be extra nice since I know what its like with customers. Last ** years with same company Costco. But she was all attitude once she said it's correct items from first order. She does return shows me picture of items I ordered again and same one I showed her already. Goes to get my pick up second order. Shows me merchandise from second order and I say yes those are the correct items and if you notice it's not what online shipped on first order. My problem is target made the mistake i didnt open merchandise can be resold but I shouldn't have had to deal with that attitude these two experiences with target were not handled right. *Thank you*Lawrence Nolen
