This is the second time I have ordered something online that has been delivered with missing parts. I see the package that was delivered yesterday came from target returns. This is the third bad experience I have had with target. The first incident I took the time to call and asked for a reply from the store manager which I never received. Second time I received a highchair without all the parts and this time I received something without all of the parts. At this point with three bad experiences I am questioning if I will shop at target again. I am a red card holder and I use the pick up app frequently, pretty much weekly. I have deleted the app from my phone. You clearly do not appreciate your guests if *) you can’t return a call and *) you deliver things that aren’t complete. If it was coming from target returns wouldn’t you ensure everything is in box especially around Christmas. I waited a week to receive the little Christmas tree for my toddler and it came with no ornaments. Not a happy guest.
GetHuman1653105 did not yet indicate what Target should do to make this right.
