The issue in GetHuman-ditmermi's own words
I had placed an order through target.com to be picked up within the store on November **. I had received an email that the order was ready, but I ended up canceling the order the following day, November **. The company still charged me the $**.** for the product on the **rd. I called November **th since the money still was not returned to my account. I had to call * different times in order to get someone who knew how to help me or who didn’t ignored me while when he returned from having the call on hold and hanging up on me. The third time the gave me this speech of how the money would take *-** business days to be refunded back to my account. I informed them that policy for RedCards was *-* days for returns. They ignored this and continued to state that it would take the *-** days. Target is withholding my money now for no apparent reason, since I don’t have the product. I then went online to a chat forum with another Target employee whom said his name was Aaron and asked what He could help me with. So, I informed him that I was looking to make a complaint about my experience. He did not answer on that so I had begun typing my response. A minute later, he responded with “Hello Michael” and I sent my message. He instantly sent a message stating that the chat was ending because I did not respond. I found it incredibly rude and he made no indication of acknowledging my messages.
GetHuman-ditmermi did not yet indicate what Target should do to make this right.
