Good Morning,**We recently had fraud on our checking account and had to close and reopen new accounts. In that process, I missed contacting Target. Four days ago I received a letter concerning my Red Card *****************. Asking me to call and take care of a declined transaction. I would love to to do that, and I apologize that it happened. However, between from ***** when I received the letter until today *****, I have called multiple times, waited *-** minutes and never had anyone answer my call. Also of note...the wait music is not working and so all I could hear the entire time was music filled with static. I tried to call other numbers and reach a service rep. No luck. I would be glad to take care of this issue if only I could reach someone. Help please! And please fix the music issue. Thank you. Sheryl A Friedman
