On November **, **** I purchased a **” *K Element Smart TV, item number ********* from your Holland, MI store. According to your website, advertising flyer and in- store display, this TV has ***hz motion refresh rate. I have since realized this tv actually has an inferior **hz refresh rate, as indicated right on the box it came in. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until the unit was unboxed and installed. I just assumed it was the right tv as advertised since it had the exact item number on my receipt as what was advertised, as well as the store clerk assuring me it was the correct tv. This tv is for a vacation condo and returning it is a difficult option. I have photos and screen captures to back up the fact you advertised this tv as having better features than it actually has. The tv seems to be functioning ok... but you should get what you pay for, as well as what’s advertised. As a long time Target customer it’s really concerning that you would sell something with less features than what’s advertised on the web, in print and throughout the store. Again, your advertised item number is exactly what is on my receipt so I no doubt got the correct tv.... I just didn’t get what was promised.
GetHuman-mdeam did not yet indicate what Target should do to make this right.
