On October **, **** I purchased a Honeywell Warm Mist Humidifier from your store in Roanoke, VA..*This is the information at the bottom of the receipt.*REC**-****-****-****-****-* VCD****-***-***. I refill it every night and turn it on, when I have been getting up in the morning and finding the switch on but no mist coming out and the unit is cold. I cleaned it last night like I do regularly, and did find a lot of build up in it and the same thing happened. I have had a hard time also getting it to start producing mist when I turn it on and have to keep adjusting it to finally get it running, then I don't know when it turns off. I don't know what the deal is. I would like to get permission to return it and purchase a Guardian Brand. I am afraid of the Honeywell one now and I now have an ** year old mother-in-law around fresh out of the hospital. Hope that you can help?
