I have been trying to call you regarding my red card to find out what the problem was. Your first letter did not clearly state the issue. The second letter states that the account was closed. Now I know that I did not transfer the card to access my new checking account. I am more than happy to pay you what I owe you, but I refuse to pay the service fee since I could not get hold of you. I have a hard time calling from work and I did not call you on the Saturday because I did not know you had Saturday hours. When I did call from work, I had neither the control number nor my old checking number. Don't make it so freaking hard to get this taken care of. If you persist in trying to get the service fee from me, I will literally never shop at Target again. I was trying to get this resolved and you all made it **** near impossible.
