When I asked if he could see who stole it he told me unfortunately it was the video section and they don’t have cameras there. Which I know is false because that’s the most important area monetarily speaking, not only that but I had an issue with that department just couple weeks before that. And that time they told me that I can’t leave next time and then realize I didn’t get some thing I paid for. Luckily this time I hadn’t left and before I Left I took care of it because I realize they would probably try to ***** me otherwise. Even the manager on duty was shocked and didn’t know what to do when the security guy looking at the video said he wouldn’t continue looking at it because I left my card on attended to check on something else I wanted to buy. I spend close to $*** a month at your store and I’m there probably six times a month. Left I took care of it because I realize they would probably try to ***** me otherwise. I spend close to $*** a month at your store and I’m there probably six times a month These were the only two problems I had but if feels like one massive cover-up considering no one‘s reached out to me and told me use your money back and another *** for your terrible experience or what have you. My father does criminal defense and he says my case is probably just small claims for **** but that they should pay you and they probably will. The gentleman said that he wrote everything down and that he wrote a confirmation code But I don’t see it in my main email so I don’t know if he forgot to follow up or what happened, that’s why am responding right now as I just left your store and spent another $*** I couldn’t help but thinking of how unfair it was and how I was lied too, even follow their rules and didn’t leave the store and then he made up a lie about Not seeing who stole it. I almost forgot, on a sidenote when I went to the returns section when I realized what happened, the girl working there have just been given two prescriptions which just happened to be mine and whoever took my card must have returned the medicine, I think it would be very easy to find out and I don’t think you want to lose a lifetime customer over a few hundred dollars, but if you Act immediately, efficiently and judiciously consider this my last attempt before I file suit.
