I have had a red card for * years and never had a problem. Today you guys decided to change the way you log in to "enhance" my experience. I have always praised you for your customer service and deliveries in the past. But after trying to enter my user i.d. and password it took me to a window that asked me a question. When I typed in the answer it said it did not match. I can't get into my account. Dont take this the wrong way, but it took me longer to get to a real person than when I call Comcast. And then I could barely understand what they were saying. I know everyone is trying to save money by out-sourcing to India, but this is completely ridiculous. I would drive to my nearest store but I am disabled and have to order everything online.
