I placed an order on **** and have used the chat feature twice to find out what is going on with my order and am still having the same issue where every * days I get an email that the deliver is delayed and provides updated deliver dates. Nobody has helped me and I'm very frustrated. **I was told yesterday that the candy would be replaced again and they hot dog costume was returned since that was lost and then I had to leave to pick up my son this is the end of the chat:*onlineJeff: I apologize you feel that way.*Me: I'm not after an apology, I want the items I ordered or I want a full refund for my entire order.*Jeff: Sure. look like your refund is being processed for the costume and i will be able to send you replacements for the candy.*Me: what about the hotdog costume that still hasn't come?Me: hello?*Jeff: please give me a min to review.*Me: I'm getting off of work, do you have a response?Me: I need to pick up my son*Jeff: OK at this time i can get our order research team to push your order so it comes at a later date, or no action and the hold would fall off your account because item didn't ship.*Me: this is why i'm so frustrated, why didn't it ship?*Me: if it's guaranteed to come this week I still want it*Me: if you can't guarantee it return it.*Me: I need to go. please email me the results *****@***.comMe: i'll be looking for a shipping update on the candy*Jeff: Alright ill make sure to do so.**I have not received an email with any update.
