I have had the worst customer experience with Target today. I need this matter addressed ASAP. I ordered a cart online with in store pickup. I waited for the email saying the product was ready for pick up and then went to the store. My husband and I do not live that close, so it was important that it would be ready since we didn't have a lot of time and are going out of town next week. When we got there the item wasn't ready and we ended up waiting for a long time until someone finally carried it back to us. I could have walked back and picked it up myself, paid for it, and been on my way home by the time they brought it out. To make matter worse, we got home and started assembling the cart only to find out it is defective...!!! One of the ***** holes for the canister wheel is too small for the *****. It is useless. I went online to get a refund and it said I had still not picked up the product from the store??? So, I finally gave up and called your customer service department. The first time I called I was immediately put on hold and then hung up on before being acknowledged. I called back only to be told that there was nothing they could do. I was told that, due to your system delay I have to wait ** hours, and then go back to the store again!!! This has been one of the worst customer service and shopping experiences I have ever had. I won't be able to go back to the store for almost a week. I needed the product today, and my husband and I wasted over an hour of our valuable time on a Sunday. I asked to speak to a manager. The employee put me on hold and then hung up about * minutes later. I am beyond appalled. I have gone in and canceled my order since it was showing that I hadn't picked it up yet and that was my only option. I want confirmation that I will not be charged the $** for the cart. *I am a VERY loyal Target shopper and frequent your stores on a weekly basis. I am now rethinking that.
