The issue in GetHuman-zambri's own words
I originally wanted to purchase a Fisher Price sleeper in the color natural girl. The color I wanted was out of stock for * weeks. I'm currently ** weeks pregnant and just decided to purchase the sleeper in another color (green). I made this purchase on Thursday September **th. This morning, Sunday September **th I got an email stating the item I wanted in the color I wanted was now available. I immediately called target customer service to inquire about how I can go about recieving the color I wanted before my order shipped. The representative on the other line by the name of Lewis told me that the item i was inquiring about is still out of stock. I was told to call back an hour later to see if the system updated. So I did and got the same answer, neither representatives could tell me why I received an email about the item being in stock when it was indeed not. Needless to say this is very frustrating that I got the email in the first place getting my hopes up to get the item I wanted when in reality it still is unavailable. I would like to know why I received a false email and see how else this can be resolved due to the back and forth phone calls and frustrating situation this has been.
