I was shopping g at your Redlands, ca store on August **th. You guys had a sale that gave me a $* giftcard for buying certain items. I noticed on a few of my transactions that I was over charged. During checkout, right before I would pay, the total would go up. This happened a few times that I noticed my total jumping up a few dollars. This has never happened at any of your stores. My first transaction, he screen said I owed $*.** but righty before I put my giftcard through, the total jumped to $**.**. I had no way of trying to get it corrected. *Fast forward to today- I was buying some Gillette deodorant that was mixed in with the regular priced ones. I walked to the price checker and they scanned at .**. I then went to go pay for them and they rang up full price @ *.**. I asked the target team member to scan it at the scanner and she was surprised. It took about ** minutes for them to honor the scanner price AFTER I was scolded and told I can not use coupons ( I wasn’t going to) and I could not get a gift card ( I wasn’t) I was paying cash. I am really annoyed that target seems to be overcharging customers ( I am sure I am not the only one) and being made to feel like I was wrong for the store to honor their price mistake. It sounds like a pos mistake. Please correct his problem!
