The issue in GetHuman-joriglia's own words
I ordered a Wii U game on target.com for my kids using their gift cards. It said game would be delivered by e mail for download but my husband couldn't download it to our Wii and we paid full price $**.** which is same price for an actual physical copy.**I spent over an hour of my time talking to various Target customer service reps and the rude person from the *rd party company who actually sells the game (why are you using a *rd party Target?) for them to repeatedly tell me there is no refund for this type of purchase.**I tried to let them know that I understand the words coming out of their mouth but what I was asking was isn't there something they could do for me as a loyal customer (check my account history) whose never filed a complaint before to consider at least sending a gift card so that my kids don't ***% lose out the $**.** they used for the game. It is disappointing to say the least that Target does not seem to care about customer loyalty. After this all on line orders from my house will be done from Amazon. I have dealt with their customer service before and it is better and they try to resolve matters so that the customer is satisfied.
