The issue in GetHuman-abbapr's own words
I was in Target store **** to make several purchases. I had a manufacturer's coupon for two of my items. Initially the store associate (appeared to be new), could not scan the coupons, she requested help and an experienced associate came to help her. At first she had a problem scanning the Aleve coupon but was able to process it. She was not able to process the $* Azo coupon, she checked the expiration date, ******* and confirmed that the coupon matched the purchase item. She was unable to get it to scan and could not explain why but offered me a $*.** Target card. I informed her that I wanted the $* as stated on the coupon or I would not purchase the item. I did not purchase the item. I am a long time Target shopper, over ** years and my husband is a Target retiree. This was VERY poor customer service and I would hope that this is not the norm. I would like to see this resolved and would appreciate a reply.*Rec**-****-****-****-****-* VCD* ***-***-***
