I went into target florence tonight around *-**pm or so to grab a few items from the beauty section. I took my items up to the guest service desk where Amy could help me. First, she made a comment to me as I was in line and said "Can I help you?", that is a common greeting but her tone wasn't what I expected. I asked her if it was possible to price match my items to the discounted price online. Her response was no comment, but there was huffing and puffing involved. I finished the transaction and remebered I had one other one to do for a friend so I went back into her line to continue with my second transaction. She was highly upset with me at this point and I didn't know why. As I handed her receipt she angrily said she needed my card, I was unsure why she needed the card so suddenly so I asked why and her comment back was "because your receipts ripped." I okay'd her and handed her the card with attitude back because she again talked to me rudely. I asked for cash back instead of the card because it was my friends purchase and she then again, huffed and puffed and yelled back " I DONT KNOW." That was very uncalled for. I asked her if their was a problem and she had no response. I turned my back because my friend was finishing the transaction with her. She opened the drawer to finish the return, my back was still turned and she apparently waved the money behind my back and then said with a loud and rude tone, "Do you just want me to give him the money or what?" I am very disappointed in my todays trip to target. Sorry for such a long complaint, details were needed. *Thank you.
