The issue in GetHuman-rafpaiva's own words
I’m walking to the register with my one item and yes I understand they are about to close but a female employee approaches me and says “you have * minutes” then walks away. I found the way she said it a bit rude. When I make it to the register prob * employees are gathered after the registers pretty much waiting to close and leave. As I put my stuff on the belt the employee I believe his name was Nathan just says “bag?” Without any eye contact. I said no thank you. He doesn’t acknowledge me. While I’m trying to use my credit card to pay. A phone rings at the customer service booth not to far away and my cashier Nathan yells at another employee “Answer and hang up” right in front of me. Felt bad for the poor soul calling to prob ask a simple question. After I pay he doesn’t say thank you or even make eye contact again. Keep in mind I’m assuming the managers or supervisors were some in the forum standing behind him. Oh and at **pm on the dot the lights in the entire store are dimmed to uncomfortable hue as if to say get the **** out!. At least that’s how I took it. Target please work on the customer service aspect of it. I didn’t need to witness all that.
