I just returned from shopping at Target, Douglas County, CO and was questioning my receipt with customer service. I used both a Target, $* gift card, and a $* coupon mailed to me. I didn’t think the receipt clearly indicated both discounts. So I spoke with David from customer service, showed him the receipt * times, and only if the customer (me) could add and subtract my transactions, were both discounts applied. My frustration is that the receipt didn’t clearly indicate I used both and he made me feel like I was stupid questioning the format. My transaction was charged to my Red Card if you care to look further into the matter.*Thank you.*Anne Dana*And I am a regular shopper, usually at the Highlands Ranch store (Jon Stiles rd.) where I will shop in the future.
