I worked for Target for years. When I worked there I took pride in the appearance of the store. I shop there in frequently now because you it looks more and more like Walmart. Product in the middle of the floor, aisles a mess and not zoned, product in the wrong place, empty shelves, a lack of team members asking can I help you find something, disorganized clearance sections, product on the floor next to end caps, etc.**I walked into the store today and you’ve got clearance TVs blocking the product racks in front of the electronics register.**Tonight there were * people who asked if they could help me and both of them were in electronics (* had been covering the others meal break). I walked past a few others and they were all busy working, doing reshoot, trying to clean up, pushing tubs of product to fill the shelves, etc. most trips * people ask me.**** registers and maybe *-* open at any given time when I go in. When they get backed up there is light staffing on the floor making it harder to get any backup to come and assist.**I understand wages and compensation are making staffing harder. But I cannot continue to shop here. Every trip I get more and more disappointed in the direction Target is heading. I also understand you have more and more private label product you are selling in your store, which offers higher profits than when you mostly sold name brands (up&up, market pantry, etc).**Please stop being like Walmart and go back to differentiating yourself as a cleaner, organized, better product even if it’s more expensive, and happy team members. Maybe send your corporate team through undercover and try seeing it from your customers perspective instead of only looking for profit. See how many of your team members seem happy to be there. See how much of a hassle it is trying to navigate the toy section when people are stopping to look at product on the end caps, and you have to stand there waiting because you decided you needed to have a big giant paw patrol display in the middle of the main aisle.**Not a fan of Trump, but his slogan fits. Make Target Great Again
