The issue in GetHuman-jbardegu's own words
I am very disappointed in my recent online order experience. *On April **, **** I ordered online an IPad, order * *************, with my American Express Card for $***.**. Delivery was set for *******. On April **, ****, I received notification from American Express Card with regards to a new charge request from Target in the amount of $***.**. I called Target customer service on ******* and was advised Target did not initiate a new charge. However, the information from American express indicates TARGET Com *** *** **** requested the charge. On *******, I received an email notice of a delayed delivery date and with a new estimated delivery date of *******. On *******, I received another delayed delivery date with a new estimated delivery of ******. It is now ******* and no IPAD, no FURTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION. When I click on the order details, it still says the item is in transit to the store. Is the item coming from Mars???*If this is the way Target is now conducting business, I will have to only order from Amazon and Walmart.
