There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

I have the RedCard and cannot open my account online and I am using the correct login in informaiotn. I just signed up for automatic payment from my checking account which was set up to pay the minimum balance instead of the full amount due. I cannot open my recent bill. I have attempted to call for customer service using at least * differnet numbers and continue to go in circles on your automated phone system! I am thoroughly disgusted with this service and the fact that is seems there is not person anywhere to talk to correct this. Nowhere is an option for talk to a representative. I love Target and the card, but managing this care online is impossible. I want to speak to a representative.
