The issue in GetHuman-keetonbr's own words
I had placed an order for a ceramic pitcher and a mermaid pillow for my daughter. When i received the order the pitcher was broken. When I opened it glass was everywhere. Some had gotten on the floor and I stepped on it and I was pouring blood. I did a live chat to see if they could just send out some new items. They couldn’t but said I could reorder them. But I had received a discount on the items when I first had placed the order. So I had to call back after i had placed the new order to get a price adjustment. But they said they’d go ahead and refund me for the item I had received damaged. So when I checked on it, the vase filler I had order also on a separate order had been returned, not the pitcher. But it had already shipped out. So today when I received a target package expecting to see my vase filler, it was a little toy that i hadn’t even ordered. Then I got in contact with someone who told me that my vase filler was no longer in stock so I would just be refunded. I have been around and around in circles and it’s just very frustrating. I was excited about getting my pitcher the first time and it was broken. Then I was excited about my vase filler and now I can’t even get that. I’m not sure what I feel like needs to be done but I’m just so frustrated.
