I have never had worse customer service than I have today. My bank told me to speak to someone at Target to have one of my charges removed. I called when I was charged twice for the same transaction, resulting in an overdraft. Also today is my son’s birthday and if it wasn’t fixed, I wouldn’t have been able to buy his cake. The person I spoke to did not care and refused to help. I was transferred to a department where no one was working and hung up on. I am very angry with how this was handled. When I asked to speak to someone else, I should have been transferred to someone who could help. Or would help. This was not at a store* this was your customer service line. *Fortunately after contacting my bank again, they were able to fix the problem.
