I received my target bill telling me I missed a payment for October. I DID NOT MISS A PAYMENT. I PAID $*** from my td bank account. I have called EVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER and there is not one human being I can talk to. Target has their billing info wrong and I have been UNABLE to clear this up. Please help me.
