Order ************** arrived in makeshift wrap of cardboard and tape. Product box was smashed and covered in tape. This was to be a gift and is a collectible lego set. I filled out request for replacement on line and wrote out explanation but it did not appear to go through. Finally got message that damaged product can only be returned by mail. I called to tell them there is no box to return it in, just pieces of cardboard but person could not understand English. I thought that when replacement arrived I could use that box but they apparently won’t send a replacement until they receive the damaged one back. I need the replacement quickly as this is a gift. I should be able to take it to the store for return and they should send the replacement immediately so I have it in time. I thought you had improved your on-line shopping but I guess not.
GetHuman-lisahirs did not yet indicate what Target.com should do to make this right.
