I ordered the Incredibles * costumes for my kids on Target.com so they could all match. The Dash constume was ordered in size *-*, which it says on the receipt, but I was sent size ***. I went to reorder the correct size and it’s out of stock online and sold out in all the stores. *I called to find out if it will be back in stock before Halloween. I was told there is no way to know and all I can do is turn on the setting to be notified if it comes into stock so I can try to reorder it then. *Since this was a mistake made by Target, not an ordering mistake on my end, it would make sense to backorder so the item is resent in the correct size. Instead I have to go out of my way to return the wrong item and then find a similar product from another store to purchase. *This is the first issue I’ve had with Target.com and I’m disappointed and frustrated with the customer service response. I do understand that the item isn’t currently available, but I feel that an attempt should have been made to resolve the shipment mistake.
